In such situations, only general tax and circumstantial matters would be discussed, with no names or identifying numbers used.

- Information I receive from you on tax preparation organizers, worksheets, Federal and State tax reporting forms, and from other documents I use in tax preparation or other financial and related services;
- Information I may receive from outside agencies such as banks and brokerage houses.
I do not disclose any non-public personal information about clients or former clients to anyone, except as instructed to do so by such clients or as required by law, and I maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information.
